At VALLI, we craft terroir-driven wines from Single Vineyard sites highlighting the different grape-growing regions of Central Otago and the Waitaki Valley on the South Island of New Zealand. While our foundation is Pinot Noir, we also produce wines from Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay.
